Account and product support

For sign-in, billing-status, saved-reading, or product-access issues, include the account email, the page URL, the approximate time, and a concise description of the problem.

Do not email passwords, authentication codes, payment-card numbers, private keys, access tokens, or unnecessary identity documents.

Calculation and editorial reports

For a calculation issue, include the calculator or guide URL, the expected result, the observed result, and the minimum non-sensitive input needed to reproduce it.

For an editorial correction, identify the statement, source, broken link, or disclosure that needs review. Material corrections follow the published corrections policy.

Privacy, accessibility, and partnerships

Privacy and data requests should clearly identify the account and the requested action. Accessibility reports should include the device, browser, assistive technology, and blocked task when possible.
